Today PoolParty Team has released a new application which can be tried out in its DemoZone. The demo shows PoolParty’s ability to serve as a semantic recommendation service. This is how it works:
- You provide a text (either by entering the text into an editor or by retrieving the text from an URL or by clicking on a bookmarklet).
- PoolParty analyses your text.
- You get smart tag & content recommendations.
Why the usage of SKOS thesauri plays a crucial role for such recommendation services can be discussed at the Semantic Puzzle blog.
